Information RampPoker collects
When you create an account, RampPoker stores your email address, an optional name, and a securely hashed password. The site also stores your course access, completed purchases, and quiz attempt scores so those features work across sessions.
Password reset links use a temporary, hashed token that expires after one hour.
How the information is used
Your information is used to authenticate your account, provide purchased lessons, record quiz history, fulfill payments, respond to support and refund requests, and protect the service from misuse.
RampPoker does not sell your personal information.
Services that help deliver RampPoker
Stripe processes course payments. RampPoker receives payment status and order identifiers but does not store your full card number. YouTube's privacy-enhanced player delivers course videos. Google Fonts may receive basic connection information when your browser downloads the site's typefaces. Brevo may deliver account emails such as password reset links when that service is configured.
Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete account information by contacting us. Some order records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Deleting an account can remove access to purchased training.
